For the copy and paste from webnovel things, that may actually be a thing from webnovel's side, to stop people from stealing content by copy and pasting. As for the author's note issue, I'll test it out.
There's a few more bugs right now because of the intermittent issue I mentioned above. It's causing errors all over teh site, but only when its in effect.
